Answer: The price is inclusive of the lock, delivery, installation labour. No hidden cost.
Question: Do we need a permit to do the installation from HDB/MCST?
Answer: This installation is within the premises. No drilling or destruction. Hence, no need to get any permit on this.
Question: What if i decided to remove the lock and change back to the original lock?
Answer: You can change back to the original condition with the old lock if you kept them instead of throw away.
Question: Is it secured to have number lock or smart lock?
Answer: Yes, the lock are made from alloy metal. Best is do not open the lock when others are around if you are using number lock
Question: Need any maintenance for the Smart Lock? Do we need to change battery often?
Answer: No maintenance needed for the Smart Lock. For the battery change, you can change it before 1yr. Around 10-12 months time.
Question: How long will it last for number lock? Is it durable?
Answer: It can last around 10-20yrs if use properly due to no need battery and it is a mechanical lock. It will last longer than electronic smart lock.
